Harvest Hamburger Soup

Harvest Hamburger Soup


1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cans beef consumme
2 cups water
1 can corn, undrained
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 tsp taco seasoning

In a large saucepan, brown the beef and onion. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook uncovered until all the vegetables are tender. Garnish shredded cheddar cheese and, or sour cream.
